Each project is unique and tailored to both the home and the people who live in it, making it difficult to estimate fees before a consultation.

We offer a 1.5-hour consultation for $250 + tax, after which our design services are billed at an hourly rate. This ensures flexibility and transparency, allowing us to tailor our involvement to your specific needs.

Please note that costs for goods, furnishings, receiving fees, moving, and any external contractor charges are separate from our professional design fees.

We offer our clients furnishings at the same price they would pay without using a professional Design Firm, so there’s no extra cost to you. As part of our business model, we act as the Retailer, which means we don’t pass along Designer discounts. Over the past decade, we’ve built strong relationships with our vendors and manufacturers, allowing us to maintain buying power and ensure the quality and warranty our clients expect.

By acting as the Retailer and offering furnishings at the market price, your Design fees cover our professional skills, experience, and services, including access to resources beyond retail stores, as well as project management, execution, sourcing, and installation.

Throughout the Design process, clients may request additions to the initial scope. If these require extra Design hours, we will discuss and confirm any additional fees in writing to ensure everyone is clear and aware of the costs.
